It really pays to have a college degree especially in this generation. They are jobs that require an associates degree or no degree and a few years experience. But have in mind if 3 people are interviewing for a job and 2 of them have associates degree and 1 have a bachelors and they all do well on the interview. The chances are that 90% of the time they will chose the candidate with the higher education. Whenever you’re competing with people with a higher educational background, you must have better communication, charisma and experience to outperform.
