So you have a degree and no job and your bills keep looming. You put your resume on monster.com. You’re going on an interview every week but no offers as of yet. You interview, you smile, you talk but no offers.

If you expect different results, you have to do something different. Figure out what you need to do differently,  upsell your resume or upgrade your interview skills. Research the company. Visit the “about us” page on their website and memorize the company accomplishments and act as if you’re excited to be with the company

Tell your future employer what u can do for them. Every employer want their company to make more money and gain profits. Show them how u can save them money and how you can contribute to the company. You don’t want to be the candidate asking for a handout.

Be confident and have a way to back up your resume by keeping your skills sharp. You have to be willing to answer questions and give great examples of how you saved your previous  company money. Those are buzz words employers love to hear. Focus on what you can do for the company instead of what they can do for you.

No one wants mediocre step up your game show off your skills. And last but not least exercise. People are attractive to energy. Be energetic!
